Meet Our Team
Tanner Luster
President and Owner
With more than 12 years of custom home building experience, Tanner Luster has led the creation of countless Arizona and California luxury homes. An Arizona native, Luster headed the custom homes division at Summerwood Homes in Newport Beach, Calif. for eight years. Upon his return to Arizona, Tanner established Luster Custom Homes, where he leads his team in providing clients with quality home building, remodeling and green building services.
Jared Banner
Vice President of Construction
Jared's passion for building and attention to detail has been carefully honed throughout the course of his life, dating back to a childhood spent on construction sites and dreaming of managing his own projects one day. An experienced manager with more than 13 years in the industry, Jared uses his knowledge and prowess to oversee some of the Valley’s most sophisticated construction projects with Luster Custom Homes.
John Ruyle
Project Coordinator
John brings a thoughtful customer service approach to construction management. By facilitating fluid communication between designers, suppliers, contractors and clients, John produces optimal results in every home venture. In the construction industry for more than ten years, John has built custom homes in Flagstaff, AZ; Seeley Lake, MT; San Diego, CA and Scottsdale, AZ.
